  • How long until I get my goodies?!

    We offer international shipping on all of our products! Shipping times depend on your location, please visit your checkout option to view specific information to you!

  • Can I add on to my order?

    If your order has shipped from our warehouse, unfortunately we are unable to make any changes! However, you can always place another order. If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us to place a seperate order - we will do our best to combine your orders into one box and refund your shipping on the second order.

  • I received the wrong product, what do I do?

    We are a small family buiness (and we are human) and although it does not happen often... mistakes happen! If there is an issue with your order, please contact us ASAP! Pictures are a huge help as they help us determine what went wrong with your order. Your happiness is what we care about and we will do our best to ensure you recieve what you wanted!

  • Can I exchange/return anything I recieved?

    Unfortunately, due to health and safety concerns surrounding's food and consumable products, we are unable to accept any returns. Additionally the nature of "surprise" with our Grub Boxes, no exchanges are possible on them. If you have any concerns or are dissatisfied with anything you have recieved, please reach out to us!

  • How are my goodies shipped?

    All snacks and treats are packaged in a cooler bag inside of a box. We do our best to ensure our products arrive on your doorstep in the original condition, however we do not accept liability for any damage to our products due to weather/temperature. Additionally, you may add an ice block(s) to your order which will be packed with your goodies as an added effort to keep your snacks/chocolate in there best state.

  • What else can I do to keep my goodies fresh?

    We offer a variety of goodies that will not be effected by weather/temperature so you can try some of our other offerings until the weather cools down in your shipping location! Addtionally, we do offer the option to add on an ice block (or two) to your order to help keep it cool during transportation!
